Is there any restriction related to the COVID-19 pandemic for international travelers intending to fly to Pakistan?

Passengers travelling to Pakistan from any country will be required to present a RT-PCR test before commencement of travel, conducted within the 72 hours prior to commencement of travel to Pakistan.
Besides, it shall be mandatory for all passengers travelling to Pakistan to provide their details either through the PassTrack mobile (available at AppStore or Google Play) or a web-based form.
