Russian nationals can apply for Visa Prior to Arrival (Tourist or Business) online via the official website of the Ministry of Interior.

Processing Time: 24 Hours (Working Hours)
Please, note that issuance of Visa is the prerogative of the Government of Pakistan!
Make sure to submit your intent to travel at least 24 hours before your planned trip to Pakistan to receive Visa Grant Notice.
Important information:
Entry/Exit is not allowed through Chamman and Torkham land routes for foreigners holding Visa Prior to Arrival.
